Bronzly is a booking and studio management platform used by independent spray-tan studios ("Studio Operators"). Each Studio Operator sets their own cancellation and no-show policy.
When you book an appointment through Bronzly, the cancellation policy for that appointment is set by the studio you are booking with — not by Bronzly. The studio's cancellation policy is displayed at the time of booking and requires your acknowledgment before your appointment is confirmed.
To find the specific cancellation terms for a studio:
Many studios using Bronzly require a pre-authorization hold on a payment card to secure your appointment. A pre-authorization hold is not a charge — it is a temporary block on funds to confirm your card is valid and funds are available. The hold amount and whether a hold is required varies by studio.
You can cancel or reschedule appointments through the Bronzly app or website, or by contacting the studio directly. Cancellation windows (the deadline before which you must cancel to avoid fees) are set by each studio.
If you believe a cancellation fee has been incorrectly applied, contact the studio directly using the contact information in your booking confirmation. If the issue is not resolved, you may also contact Bronzly support at support@bronzly.app, and we will do our best to facilitate a resolution.
Bronzly is a platform provider and is not the merchant of record for studio bookings. Refund and dispute authority rests with the Studio Operator. Chargebacks or bank disputes should be initiated only after contacting the studio directly.
Bronzly provides the technology that enables studios to manage bookings and enforce their cancellation policies. Bronzly does not set or control the specific fees, cancellation windows, or grace-period rules used by individual studios. By booking through Bronzly, you agree to the terms presented to you at the time of booking by the applicable Studio Operator.
