SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Opt-In

Program description

Bronzly sends appointment-related text messages to spray-tan studio clients on behalf of the studio they booked with. Messages include: appointment booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and post-appointment rinse-timing care instructions. These are transactional messages tied to a specific appointment.

How you opt in

When you book an appointment on a studio’s Bronzly booking page, you enter your name and mobile number and check a consent checkbox that reads:

“I agree to receive SMS appointment reminders and rinse-window alerts from this studio. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Appointment-related messages only.”

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your mobile number is collected directly from you at booking and is never purchased, rented, or sold.

Message frequency varies based on your appointments (typically 1–4 messages per appointment). Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out & help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact your studio directly.

Privacy

No mobile information — including your phone number and SMS opt-in or consent — is sold, rented, shared with, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
