Prefer to reward spend instead of visits? Switch to points: clients earn 1 coin per $1 spent, and 100 coins represents $5 back. Better when ticket sizes vary — retail plus services. One currency either way.

Turn on Bronzly Gold
Settings → Bronzly Gold → Enable. Pick a preset: "Every 5th tan → free upgrade" (punch, default) or "1 coin per $1, 100 = $5 off" (points, Pro and above).
Adjust the reward and head-start (optional)
Under Advanced, set the punch target, the reward name (e.g. free upgrade add-on), and how many coins new clients start with. Most studios leave the defaults.
Complete appointments as usual — coins are automatic
Every time you mark a tan complete, the client earns a coin. They see their balance and progress toward the next reward in the Bronzly client app. One-tap redemption at checkout is coming soon.
A reward the client can see coming is a reason to rebook now instead of "sometime." Punch cards are the simplest, most familiar loyalty mechanic for exactly this reason.
