Do I own my client data?
Yes. Studios fully own their client data. Bronzly provides one-click CSV export of all clients, appointments, and notes from the Settings panel at any time. Cancellation does not lock data — exports remain available for 90 days post-cancellation. Bronzly never resells, shares, or markets to client lists across tenants.

Solo, Pro, and Studio are month-to-month with no contract — cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Open the Bronzly app and sign up with your email or Apple ID. We'll send a one-time code to verify you. No password to remember.

Make sure you're using the same email or Apple ID you signed up with. If you're still stuck, email support@bronzly.app and we'll get you back in within one business day.

In the app, go to Account → Settings → Delete Account. We'll confirm your identity and permanently scrub your personal data within 30 days, as required by CCPA. See our Privacy Policy for details.
