Moving from MySunless
MySunless is a studio app for spray tan businesses. If you are moving your studio to Bronzly, you can bring your client list with you. The hands-on import is free.
How the import works
1. Get your client file
Export the client list from MySunless, or ask them for the file they can give you. A spreadsheet of names is enough to start.
2. Send it, or upload it yourself
Email the file to support@bronzly.app and we will import it for you, free. Or open Settings → Business → Import / Export and upload the file as it came out. You see a preview before anything is saved.
3. Keep booking while it moves
Your Bronzly booking page can take appointments before the whole list is in. Clients you add later sit next to the imported ones.
What you are moving to
- A booking page clients can use right away
- Client records for the people on the file you send
- Card payments through Stripe Connect
- Rinse reminders and deposit protection on the plans that include them
- A self-serve CSV import in Settings, plus a free hands-on import if you would rather we do it
